Wing Time!

So here's a PDG item that my husband and I found on our recent trip to Buena Vista, CO. It's the only sauce we have found that sticks to your wings! To his credit, my husband does all of the wing cooking - he's the one who bought the deep fryer, and has helped me put on a few extra pounds this summer because of it. He has taken deep frying to a new level for us, and we have tried many different wing sauces. This one stands out as being great tasting, spicy but not burn your lips off, and it shines through the bleu cheese when you dip 'em! I looked up where we can get Wing Time around town, and Whole Foods is the closest to me. A few other yummy sauces we like are Archer Farms' Jamaican Jerk, Spicy Thai, and Teriyaki (very kid appealing).

We have been wing fans since moving to the south side of Denver, and finding a pizza & wing place nearby. They didn't last too long, and it was several years before another local pizza place started selling them. The best wings are crispy.... hence the deep fryer! Tonight's meal was eaten standing up, at the kitchen counter, one wing after another. Pretty Dang Good.
